MindShare Aspire is the name given to MindShare training in Asia Pacific. Training plays an important role in developing talented people who effectively contribute to MindShare's growth. After all, we are in the service industry and our product is essentially our people-offering.

- Industry expertise training
Focuses on training and development of MindShare's core product and service areas: our disciplines of strategic planning, tactical planning and buying, insights / research, and other specialist units. - Media Boot Camp, Training for the 21st Century
Training is given on the "101" of media fundamentals and on the MindShare induction program to grads and new hires. One week of rigorous training on essential media knowledge and skills, MindShare's proprietary communications planning approach, team building activities, and delivery of a plan in answer to a real client brief
- Results Awareness Training
Top priority is to continue development of our most senior leaders to drive our business more effectively. This training includes financial management, financial planning, strategic thinking, and results management skills - Client Awareness Training
This area covers both internal and external client awareness training, such as, pitching new business to win, building client relationships, market intelligence, negotiation skills, and quality control skills
