Managing Director Guangzhou & Shenzhen

Chi Ka Wa has been promoted to Managing Director MindShare Guangzhou in January 2008. Previously she had been General Manager for MindShare Guangzhou since 2006.

Before joining Mindshare Guangzhou, Chi had previously worked in agencies such as McCann Guangming, Zenith Media and OMD. Chi has 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, the last 10 years being in China. This is where she learnt and developed the skills to make the transition from planner to manager.

While working for Zenith Media, she successfully contributed to the growth of the office, increasing the size of the staff to over 100 people and maintained annual profit growth of 15% continuously over 4 years. Chi was stationed in Shanghai and Guangzhou respectively, and has worked for clients in various categories such as SJJP, SGM, Amway, Yibai Pharmaceutical, GZ Pharmaceutical Ltd, Danone, China Mobile, Heinz, Belle etc.
